FOUNDER
Christi Cabrera
Christi Cabrera, RN, BSN is a registered nurse with 13 years of healthcare experience and the founder of Myo Beauty Aesthetics in Durham, NC. She began her career at Duke University Hospital, specializing in cardiac care in the ICU and Cath Lab, where she developed a deep respect for anatomy, precision, and patient safety.
After pursuing advanced training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers in Orange County, California, Christi returned to Durham to build a practice rooted in education, safety, and natural results. Over the past two years as a full-time aesthetic injector, she has treated hundreds of patients and refined a thoughtful, anatomy-driven approach to facial balancing and skin rejuvenation.
Christi believes aesthetic medicine should enhance, not change, the features that make you uniquely you. She specializes in customized treatment plans using neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced technologies like Morpheus8 and IPL, always prioritizing subtle, balanced outcomes and long-term planning over trends.
At Myo Beauty, her mission remains the same: to provide warm, trustworthy, professional care while helping every client feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

Susan Lovelle-Allen, MD
Dr. Susan Lovelle, a seasoned physician, leverages her expansive experience spanning over thirty years in the medical field. Educated and trained in General and Plastic Surgery in New York City, she successfully managed a robust private practice for over two decades. During her illustrious career, she specialized in a diverse array of procedures, encompassing cosmetic surgeries for the face and body, alongside intricate breast reconstructive surgeries and Mohs surgery for facial cancer patients.
Since the early years of her plastics practice, she owned and operated her own medspa. Beginning as the sole provider, she expanded the practice, overseeing nurse injectors and offering a comprehensive suite of aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Susan’s aesthetic expertise includes administering Botox and various neuromodulators, along with a variety of fillers such as Restylane, Sculptra, Juvederm, Radiuses, and Voluma. Her proficiency extends to laser treatments, including hair removal and resurfacing therapies like CO2 laser. She is well-versed in skin peels, ranging from mild fruit acids to TCA, as well as dermabrasion and deeper procedures. Her medspa provided body contouring procedures like laser lipolysis, along with less invasive therapies such as red light and ultrasonic fat reduction.
In 2019, Dr. Susan further diversified her skills by completing training in Functional Medicine, marking a significant transition toward holistic health. In the realm of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Lovelle-Allen offers weight loss solutions, including semaglutide and tirzipatide, as well as IV hydration and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
With a track record of serving as the Medical Director for her private practice and Medspa, Dr. Susan is currently a Collaborating Physician for a PA in Holistic Health in North Carolina. Her multifaceted experience and commitment to holistic health make Dr. Susan Lovelle a valuable collaborator for any medical spa or practice.
